After a grueling, lengthy and patience taxing process, the CB Team is proud to announce the release of CB 1.2 RC to its documentation subscribers and its supporters. As already mentioned in previous Joomlapolis articles (here (/content/view/5474/1/)), CB 1.2 (codename [eleftheria]) is the first CB release that operates natively in three CMS code-bases (Joomla 1.0.X, Joomla 1.5.X and Mambo compatible) without the need for extra (legacy type) plugins or libraries. In addition to this cross CMS freedom, CB 1.2 RC has a great deal of additional features and enhancements. A non-exhaustive list of the new CB 1.2 RC features has already been posted here (/content/view/5474/1/). The CB Team would like to thank the entire community, its documentation subscribers, its test team, its forum helpers, the third party developers and its newbies.
